What is illstreetbluesclothing.com’s shipping policy?

We offer "Free U.S. Shipping" (excludes APO and FPO addresses) on orders over $100.00. We ship USPS with tracking on all U.S. Orders.  Upon payment verification, you can expect to receive your purchase within approximately 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). We are not responsible for undelivered orders that are reported to us when the Postal Service’s shipping and tracking system shows a completed package delivery.  We are also not responsible for orders where a customer has placed an order with an incorrect address.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, illstreetbluesclothing.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:  Most of our items are "Made to Order" so please allow time for your order to be processed.

Does illstreetbluesclothing.com ship internationally?

Yes, for international orders we ship USPS First Class Mail International (in some cases we will ship UPS) but WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDELIVERED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, OR RESHIP ORDERS FOR "UNDELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR "DELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  We can only provide customers with a Customs Declaration number that shows your package was accepted at the U.S. Postal Service.  Please note: Our U.S. shipping costs for international packages pay for postage that covers the cost of transporting and delivering packages.

Custom/Import duties and taxes are not covered in the postage fee, but are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend if you have questions about any custom/import charges in your country, that you contact your local customs office for specifics.

What is illstreetbluesclothing.com’s return/exchange policy?

PLEASE NOTE: For Customized Orders, we do not offer refunds OR merchandise returns for exchanges under any circumstances.

For all other orders within the U.S., we will gladly accept merchandise returns for exchanges ONLY (NO REFUNDS) within 7 business days from receiving your order. The return has to be equal or less in value for the exchange.  If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. At this time we do not accept cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the item cannot exceed the price of the "returned" item. If you need to do an exchange, send us an email first at info@illstreetbluesclothing.com and we will provide you with further instructions.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDELIVERED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, OR RESHIP ORDERS FOR "UNDELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR "DELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

For U.S. orders, what happens if my order doesn’t show a “delivered” status and is lost by the shipping carrier?
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered, packages can sometimes get lost by the shipping carrier.  In this case, please allow us up to 30 days to resolve any issues with the shipping carrier.  This time frame also includes any replacement items needed to be shipped to the customer or refunds for lost packages.   

Again, we are not responsible for undelivered orders that are reported to us when the shipping carriers tracking system shows a completed package delivery.

Please note for Customized Orders:

Any edits to your "Customize your Top 5" or "Customize your Top 6 Plus" items should be made by 11:59 pm (PST) of the order date.  All sales are final! You can expect your customized order within 7-14 business days.

For our "Customize your Top 5" and 
"Customize your Top 6 Plus" items, we will automatically include the "&" symbols.

PLEASE spell out names exactly how you want it to appear on the shirt (i.e. all Upper case letters, all Lower case letters, first letter Upper case, etc.) PLEASE ALSO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE AND COLOR.

We DO NOT offer refunds OR merchandise returns for exchanges.
